My 7 Feleonies vanashed?

I was arrested for:
Possession of Marijuana
Possession of Mushrooms
Assualt
CCW
Possession of syrenge (Bullshit, my mom has a disease and she injects medicine into herself but they put that as a feleony cuz it was in my room when they raided the house)

Anyways it has been almost 4 months now and I havent been charged, has anybody ever heard of this happening before? Im sure they didnt "forget" about me, but I want your opinions, do you think I will be charged soon or what? I havent been even talked to by the cops since the incident so Im not sure what the next move will be.

 

is it really a felony to posses a syringe? cause i this guy i work with keeps syringes in his boat (i work in a marina) for his medicine

 

Seeing as your a minor (I assume you live the the US), you should go to your county's website, and find out the juvenile court clerk's number. You can call and find out what's happening. You should, however, have recieved the information by mail.

nope, in Michigan its 17 to be tried as an adult, trust me they told me that when I was arrested and spent a few days in jail.

 

ive been in trouble a few times with cops involving all sorts of stupid stuff. they usually just took down all my info and brought me back home and i never heard from them again lol. most of the time my parents dont even find out theyre just like "why are you home early?".

 

what's the word on this? still no felonies showed up? lucky mofo

they're going to let you think they've forgotten about it, then when you finally decide nothing's going to happen, they'll rock up to your house with a full SWAT team and kick down your door and ask you, violently, why you havn't reminded them to do their jobs.

 

Ya see thats what I thoguht would have happeend by now....First time they raided with NET "Narcotics Enfornecment Team" and arrested me, but its been soo long, its been 4 months since that happened, im really wondering when the day will be.........

 

Michigan laws are so dumb. I'm suprised the penalties here for drugs are so harsh considering canada to our north, and ohio to our south, which i hear down there 100 grams is only a civil infraction punishable by a fine. And if you don't mind me asking, what was their reason for raiding your house?

 

Um because some lady called on me saying she saw me with a gun and wrote my license plate, then called the cops...Then I had about 4 cop cars surround me and I had a helicopter that was flying over top and shit...They found 2 oz's of weed in the car and then had a reason to get a search warrant. I woulda thrown the bud and blaster but it all happened so sudden...Was just driving and 2 cop cars blocked the front of the road and 2 flew up from behidn and I saw the helicopter so I had no chance to ditch anything. Plus they swarmed the car right when they stopped.

ya see I want to get a lawyer, but if the cops havent done anything yet I dont really want to bring up the whole situation. As long as Im still here im fine, its been 4 months so ya....

yea dude you live in Michigan just like me... courts are backed up as all hell! It took me 9 months till I had to go to court on a Felony charge

I live in michigan too and i doubt they can get a felony on you for a syringe, but your looking at 2 life sentences, id find a lawyer quick or leave the country.
