Shangri-La wilderness collective

Anyone heard of this collective in California, they supposedly grow fruits and vegetables and live hours off in the woods accessable only by hiking? http://www.wildernesscollective.com/
Sounds a little too good to be true, then again maybe not...?? Id be interested to know if anyone has heard anything else about this place.

it would seem you are mistaken on the total wilderness shit..

nowhere does there web page say they are only accessible by hiking..
then theres this,,

Economics

Having enough money to sustain a dream like this is not as challenging as one might assume. Some folks arrive with their own savings. While others have ways and means of earning money with their laptop and cell phone. But as long as people don’t mind living simple and creative, then even arriving with no savings or earning potential at all the “Collective” ideal is that everyone does whatever they can and contributes …then the group and Farm become the lifeblood and sustenance of the organization.

As long as one is willing to work on the Farm and in the mountains as well…then we not only survive but prosper too.

There are many bills to be paid: water bills, phone bills, internet service, fuel for vehicles, property taxes, food bills, electricity & gas, auto insurance, etc.
One single individual incurring excessive debts can upset the financial stability of any group to the point of destruction. This needs to be kept in mind.

ive never been to a place with internet electric and gas that was only accesible by hiking..
