Why does someone always gotta ask?

Seems like whenever I'm sitting around with a few people having a nice relaxing time smoking some bud, someone will destroy the mood by clearing their throat before asking everyone if they're high yet - the lamest fucking question in the world. As far as I'm concerned, that person might as well save His breath by writing the word "Reality" on a burlap sack and stuffing the head of whoever He intended to ask directly into it. Fucking hate that shit...

nobody ever asks me that because usually when i'm high i say "im high" or "im fucken lit" or something along those lines. that can drive people crazy too, but when im high i feel the need to say it. not nessecarily to whoever im with, but to myself. haha im high right now

I guess I didn't make it clear that everyone is always noticably off in another dimension before having to cope with the weight of that question.

I don't mind people asking but what I don't like is when people just over and over say "I'm so ripped dude" "I'm so fucking high". But then again when I get realllly high I do it too lol. It just gets annoying if that's all they say.

    is your reality depressing?

if you were actually not high and were trying to savour the high you had, i can imagine someone buggin you by askin about how high you are yet.

but its like someone goin 'how are you guys feelin?' or 'hey are you guys feeling good?' or, 'hey are you guys feelin.. high? aha awesome'

mhm can you elabourate on which part annoys you?>

I dislike the fact that asking that particular question - especially when the answer is obvious - adds an unnecessary corporeal element to the effect that cannabis has; it's like being completely absorbed in a movie like Lord of the Rings before the person next to you leans over and starts wondering out loud what type of computer program was used to stitch together the landscapes. Kills the mood almost immediately. What's more, why indulge in a mind expanding substance only to take part in mundane small talk, regardless of how friendly it is? Doesn't make much sense to this writer.

I end up saying that alot when there are people chilling at my house. The only reason is I prefer to use vaporizers, and some of the people I chill with claim that vaporizers don't get you high. Haha, there is this one kid and he always says he doesn't get high off of vapes. But, whenever he shows up at my house we have a vape sesh, and about 5 minutes later he's like "oh, I'm kinda buzzed now". A few minutes after that, "Oh man, I'm really high". Then for the next few hours he turns into the goofiest motherfucker and laughs uncontrollably. I guess he just forgets that he gets high off of vaporizers, because this happens like every week and he still sometimes claims that he doesn't get high from vaporizers.

the worst is kids who act high to be cool... when they arent high at all. it pisses me off so bad you have no idea. one time i was blazin with this 2 other kids, my friend and his friend. me and my friend are smokin buddies, but the other kid claims to have only smoked once or twice. so we light up, and this kid is like... puffing the pipe, not even inhaling or anything, and after two puffs hes like "DOOD IM SO HIGH AHAH". and me and my other friend are like.... wtf... and this kid is stumbling around acting like hes drunk making a fool out of himself. gets on my nerves

yea i know kids do that all the time. they like pretend to have paranoia attacks, like "there is an evil organization watching me" paranoia attacks. i mean, sometimes that does happen, but not the amount we were smoking. thats what they think is suposta happenwhen you smoke marijuana.
and this other kid is freaking out cuz he wants attention and then i punched him.
okay fine, fuck i cant lie, i didnt punch him.

I pack 3 rounds of bingers so that's theres no doubt that everyone is high. The more likely question is can everyone still walk?

i dunno man, you sound like you need a lot of focus to maintain an illusion. personally i find the brilliance of good cgi comes from knowing how much awesome computer designing went into making it. the visual aspect and conscious consideration are two seperate things. like, why would it kill the landscape of your stone to consider that you are in fact stoned? do you wish to illude yourself into forgetting that youre on drugs or something?

(its a perfectly valid stance to have, but if it is the case, perhaps you should understand that not everyone is this way, and thus perhaps you should instead look at the important element - the friendly part - over the 'point')
