No I still don't understand..Okay is there not a Chav message board or wigger message board I can go to so I can ask them? I thought wigger was one who dress in baggy clothes and into rap music may try be like wannabe thug in look and behavioral. Okay is ghetto look and ghetto people try to be like preppy kids?

um, I believe it says "this term can be applied loosely to every culture with a nasty, thieving element". Learn to read. By the way, I've never heard the expression "chav" but it's certainly funny.
The majority of chavs are nasty, violent and bullying people. I won't go out alone after dusk. They're intimidating and threatening. ghetto isnt really used as an insult (at least in the 6 cities iv lived in so far) and iv never even heard of chav..... how do you pronounce that
