question about cat's and chocolate?

    is it ok to give cat's chocolate?
    i was always under the asumption that it was not ok.......
    i dont remember where i heard that it was not good to give cat's chocolate(or dog's) but i have never gave my cat chocolate before.is chocolate harmful to cat's and dog's?(im more concerned with cat's) any help in sheding some light on this subject would be appriceated.

    yes it is very poisoneous to them. That is not all. There are certain fruits and things that are not good for them either. The ASPCA's website has a list.

    i know that chocolate is toxic to dogs so i think that it is toxic to cats too but i am not sure, mabey you could ask your vet or something. hope you find out the answers your lookin for. good luck.

    Chocolate is toxic to all animals including us but you can buy the special dog chocolate if you really want to feed it to your cat.
