whats the average high lot go for in your area?? we were working on lake lanier today,,the southern end,.. there was a tract that was .46 acres with a 100 foot on the corps line for,,347,000 dollars.. sad thing is,thats common there.. around here high end property gos for around 40 to 60 thousand a lot, unless its on lake blue ridge,,then its over a 200 k.. shit must be nice..
Around here just depends if they can sucker an outsider but a normal price for small acerage is around 3-4k an acre for unimproved land.
aint seen that here in 10 years.... raw, unimproved land,,, small shit tracts,, standard selling rate is 12 grand a acre,, ya can get cliffside fer 8..
The house I live in is pretty crappy although it is big and next to a creek, but it is only a few acres and it is worth around 300,000. My dream house (down the street) is pretty small and it is going for a million dollars. Houses are really expensive here.
I live on a smaller property than that, and houses cost about that much... although it is a very established neighborhood in the 'burbs just outside of toronto, but there ya go.
no lots here, just houses that sell for on average $3.5 mil. Ya got to pay the price to live in paradise, baby. hillbilly, you kill me....
I'm thinking I need sleep, or maybe glasses, as I just read this as; "property values in your arse".. :&
The REALLY nice houses here in town don't usually go for more than $100,000. Ours is a pretty decent sized house- 2,000 sq feet, and it cost around $50,000. On the outskirts, lots go for all sorts of different prices, depending on who's selling. You can get fairly large lots for just a few hundred if you talk to the right person.
appallingly over-priced. that's all there is to it. and know that it's the #1 place in the usa to live, it's just gonna get worse. fuck.
its too expensive to live here in south florida, one day i'll have to move if i ever have a family and need a house with space
