it must be done I know....I'm so fucking scared....drive test tomorrow bright & early.

I can't drive, nor do I want to. school is much too far to ride a bike to. I'll try to ride my bike round town cause I don't like driving. It's such a waste....

Damn you California! Damn you! Damn you & your widely spread regions & cities & such!!!! this is one of those times where I wish I wans't going to school, was in love so I wouldn't need to leave my love's side, & oh ya lived in somewhere like NY? - so then I could just use a bus constantly. Our bus system sucks....I wish the trains weren't going out of business. I think I'll train it while I can & definitely bike....

Wish me luck cause I really need it! I'll let you know tomorrow afternoon but I have a bad feelin bout this one!:(

Don't get one. Mine has been expired for over a year and I still haven't gone in to get it renewed. It doesn't make any sense that you need a piece of paper/plastic to tell you you can drive. Fuck them.

It makes complete sense. It ensures that, for the most part, people who can't drive don't.

This makes me laugh, especially considering California has more people than Canada.

when I took my last test I saw a ball roll onto the road, and also saw a little puppy playing in the yard........well the ball rolled right in front of me and the instructor......I slowed down and didn't squash the little puppy who ran out for the ball and the driving instructor was very very happy about that:) hahaha

don't matter if you flunk or not, u can always take the test over.....u can't bring back a dead puppy tho~~~~~

What wisdom. You've never driven anywhere with slacker driving standards, have you?

Wisdom indeed. With slacker driving standards? Costa Rico, Jamaica, Mexico, Kenya, Guam, Australia if any of those count... And I felt safer driving there then I do in most places in the United States; where you say we have "higher driving standards". Which I do not believe for one second.

well, I got it! suprisingly! I only missed 7 out of an allowed 15 when I thought I was for sure going to fail! I can drive now but I still don't like it. I will be doing a min. amount of driving. i'll probably drive to the animal shelter more often considering it is impossible to get to on foot/bike. but, ya, i'm happy but unhappy. the best part about it is i can visit my home town: san fran, but i still think i'd take the train! i'm working on getting my own car, perhaps something incredibly efficient. too bad bio disel is pretty hard to come by in this town...
