remember coppin off with a new romantic chick and like she was into them ....................anyway like theres this tune playin round me head at the moment called lost in a forest " i think its by the cure "not sure tho .........any cure eds out there ?.........cheers

I had only heard a bit of their later stuff before a few days ago, and I didn't really dig it.

Then while channel surfing for inspiration, "Boys Don't Cry" came on We Are the 80's.

I am in fucking love. The rest of the album is really, really far out, too. I'm gonna download Three Imaginary Boys tomorrow...

I like some of their stuff.

But the last reference to them I heard was in an article about ticket touts. One tout claimed a "Cure-head" had offered to take him for a roll in nearby bushes in exchange for tickets. But, he said, "you can imagine what she looked like with her make-up and piercings..." )

 

The Cure reminds me of junior high, which I hated..There're still a couple songs I like.

I love the cure, and a forest is prolly my favorite song by them, especially the live version on Concert but there was live from like 1979 in a place called vanheeberdeen or something close that just rocked. in the middle they kinda improved, strung it out and robert making up extra lyrics as he went along...sigh I had that DL'd once, but my PC crashed and I lost the data. I got it on a disk SOMEWHERE...but I got a lot of disks....I bet it wouldnt take that long to track down.
