I would like to say to 19 year old Americans

I miss being 17 when buying beer was fun.

 

I dont, funny though i dont drink now that i can, i hardly drink at all ever really...

Being a minor and getting alcohol isn't hard at all man so don't feel special

 

I don't drink all that often, when I do, I have a 23 year old boyfriend to do my bidding, but I would like to finally be able to see the damn alcohol for myself to decide what I want!

i have never been uable to obtain alcohol when i wanted it. it's the boobs. i got away with murder.

 

its not that hard to get alcohol. even if youre five you got the money and ur good. just find the right person. like me.

 

Funny I was just thinking yesterday how most of the people I know who are 19 are very kool people.
They have a lot on the ball that my generation didn't have years ago.
It's like Wine-that year brought forth some very kool stuff.

I've been buying alcohol for years. When I turned 21, I actually stopped drinking as much cuz it just didn't seem as much fun anymore. Then I started drinking heavily again and here we are.

Yeah but i can walk into the shop take a look around and take my time.

 

So can underage kids, if they're smart. Makes you look less nervous and suspicious. When you don't have ID, the worst thing you can do is look like you're out of place and in a major hurry.

That being said I've been buying booze since I was 16. Although I got less shit about having an ID when I was underage than I get as an adult. The excess of facial hair went a long way though.

 

Yeah this is true, you are ruining my fun, i can only think of one last example an airport bar...

 

i stole beer when i was 15-18. just hopped the fence to the back of a store and took a few 30 racks and we had a great weekend.

now i just go in and search for a new micro-brew i haven't tried, its fun to look for different brews.

 

Canadian 19 year-olds can legally sleep with 14 year-olds.
