Sorry, did not know you were just 6 years - so your "action" caused probably more shock and distraction to them than real pain, and certainly did not harm their fertility. So I guess it was actually the best for ALL of you, after all they could have killed you, though I doubt they INTENDED to do you any harm, kids do the weirdest things.

Cats have a greater chance of survival during a fall that is 20 stories as opposed to 7 stories. The reason is because it takes them about 8 floors to realize what is happening, relax, and correct themselves.
