Class Action for your Social Security

I have found the rampant rumors that the Social Security that is taken from my every pay period will not be available when I want it. Therefore I would like to know from you out there who would be interested in being involved in a class action suit that I will try to get started against the government in order to have them put in writing that you will get the money that is being taken from you every pay period or give it all back and let us invest, squander or us that extra few dollars or cents every pay period to live our lives in the present. The media and others state that I/we are paying our parents monthly social security payments and when I reach the ripe ol age of being able to reap those benefits, they will have been depleted and there won't be any more funds to be given out. I am not relying on this money by no means. But it's the pricipal of the government being so mismanaged and reckless that someone needs to provide me with some assurances that I will either be able to stop the deductions for this non existent social security or guarantee me that these funds that they have taken from me will be available. Write to me if you see my email and give suggestions, attorney names that would be willing to take on this task. Thanks and I hope this can be finialized before I need it.

 

I can't get mine, and I could realy use it. My arteries are toast, I can hardly walk these days. Let alone get to a job. And they denied my recent claim with medical records!

 

Well I am in fair health. But I want to get the government to commit to whether I will get this money or not. I repeat it is the principle of the action that when it is taken from me with the understanding that it will be available to me when I get to the age that I can get it back. I don't want the government to say oh well it's not in the budget any longer. And I don't want it being paid to the ass wipes that have never earned a dollar to get social security because the are mentally deficient or could never work a day in their lives. I have had this money taken every pay period and I want IT BACK!! Quit living off of others!!!!!!

 

hey, matt, did you appeal? here in canada, anyways, it's standard procedure to automatically deny a certain percentage of claims, just because a lot of pple wont bother to appeal. totally unethical and cruel, but it saves them money, the fuckers. stand up to them, and try again. i hope you get what's yours

 

Yes, Nihm. I went through three of the four appeals we have here in the States.
I can still re-apply, but I'll have a lawyer this time.
