So what are you taking this semester? Most of the classes that I'm taking is research based, so no midterms or finals for these classes. it's ok to be a geek and brag about classes! :p

    I'm taking:

Assessment & Evaluation-this class goes over the ways to grade students and exposes us to all of the educational laws, like standardized testing. We have to research a particular form of evaluating students and prove through additional research that this way is the best way.

Fundamentals of language (Anthropology)-study of why and how we develop language in different parts of the world.

    educational Composition 4-writing IEPs

Service Learning (intro to student teaching)- I have to teach a particular lesson that will take 30 hours to complete. This has to be done in an urban public school.

Intro to Inclusive Education-introduction to special ed

Intro to Anthropology - professor is awesome, and he worked with my good friend Aren's mom (who is an anthropologist). This i had most definitely not expected

College Reading and Writing Advanced - this class is the best english class ever, and it gets me through with english 1 year in advance

Great Books in the World's Religions - Really interesting class, looks at all the main religions and they're texts (judaism, christianity, islam, hinduism buddhism). It's all from an "agnostic" point of view (that's the only way i can explain it)

    Precalculus - well......it's precalculus

Cultural Anthropology - this class is pretty cool, (i want to be a cultural anthropologist) it could be a little more interesting though. Though, indeed, the professor herself is hilarious for an old woman

I've got an Educational Foundations class where I have to do 15 hours of feild work in half a semester. I think its going to be great. I get to work with early elementry all the way up to secondary. Its great. I've got 19 and the average student here has 15. So busy.
