The fuckers in centrelink doing inappropriate shit with people's personal shit (like checking up on their neighbors and doing favours for friends) Some of em got the sack. I knew this was going on a few years ago but they always denied it. I hope a certain someone from the Ballina office is on the dole now, it would make my day. (I'm happy just thinking about that

I have many Centrelink stories and complaints. The last time I had to queue up for Centrelink was in Ringwood Vic. They wouldn't let me make an appointment - I had to go in and wait. And wait I did - in line for an hour and a half. My feet were killing me by the end of it, and there was a little old lady in front of me. It was just ridiculous. Why couldn't we all just take a number and go sit down?

I think the number one thing which would improve Centrelink is a "customer feedback" box in every office!

And yeah it's fucked that if you work 2 days a week, you get like $20 from the dole - it works out to about $50 a fortnight more than you'd get if you didn't work those 4 days a fortnight - the equivalent of $12.50 per day of work. Part-time work is not worth it, and full-time work is hell unless you're doing something you'd do for free anyway.
