Everyone gets busted

There is at least one known fact about weed...thats is that u eventuly will get busted no matter how well you hide it it eventuly will happen....but the trick is talkin ur way out of it ant thinkin on ur feet when ur really stoned

 

I got busted just once, and it was in the university dorms about 6 months ago. I wound up paying a $75 fine for violating my residence contract.

 

Your right, if you smoke weed alot, you will get caught. It sucks it has to be that way but it is.

 

Yeah I used to tell myself that it's not true that everybody gets busted. I stopped believing that when I got busted lol.

 

Busted by cops or like parents and what not? Parents, I'd agree, cops I wouldnt

 

I have been busted 3 times in 40 years, the 1st time soon after I started smoking (gave a guy a handfull of weed he turned out to be an informant), the second time I was in a car where the cops found a joint, the 3rd time for cultivation.
But I've been NOT arrested many more times, by cops who could've busted me but chose not to.

 

well parents defantly...cops shit ive ran from them so many times and theyve yet to cetch me...well they did get me at school but that doesnt really count (long story)

I've never actually been busted. I don't hide the fact that I smoke, either. Thanks to my counsellor/social worker, I'm friends with other counsellors, social workers, cops, even all of the drug and alcohol counsellors in my town. They all know that I smoke, and they don't mind. They know it's nothing ridiculous... I smoke to myself, I smoke with my friends, anything that is mine or my husband's all stays in my house, and I don't sell unless a friend asks to buy an eighth/quarter or some small amount, and I have enough to sell them. I've never actually been busted.

I've told these people (my counsellor, other counsellors uncluding the D&A worker) about how much I smoke, I've told them about mushroom and acid trips, nights spent on coke, ecstasy, and other such drugs. I've told them about these things RIGHT after they happened (weekly meetings with the counsellors, etc. the day after and whatnot) and I've told them things like "Yeah, we got a 1/2oz. of shrooms to eat on Friday night, so I'll have something way more interesting to talk about next week." They all know my full name, exactly where I live, etc. I've never been busted.

Going to extreme measures to hide it is what gets you busted. Paranoia is what gets you busted. Maybe that's just my theory, though.

 

As for parents, I think it's the same.

If I came home baked, I wouldn't go to extremes trying to hide it... no smelly sprays, no Visine, nothing like that. Maybe it's because my parents are super laid-back and just never said anything. But I would just keep my pipes in my dresser, maybe one in my purse... my stash tin, papers and a pair of scissors were always in my purse. If I left stuff laying out in my room, no big deal, I'd just pick it up in the morning or whatever. One morning, my mom and I were talking and she just told me she knew I smoked. She said, "I've never seen you doing it, and I'm not totally sure if I've seen you stoned enough to notice (she knows I'm not stupid enough to come home baked out of my mind, I'm respectful of my parents) but I know you smoke weed, I just KNOW" and that was that. Never got busted, she just knew, but I was respectful enough about it that she really didn't mind. As long as she didn't have to see it, smell it, hear about it, etc. it was all good.

So there you have it, kiddies. THAT'S how you go about not-getting-busted.

 

Yes indeed, everyone gets busted it just depends to what extent.

Many say they have not been busted and never will, but they are not very old, so how does one know? They don't...

I am not very old, and until a few months ago thought I would never get busted. It happens, you take a break from smoking if you must, then you go back to it. Some people are luckier than others, some cops are chiller than others. One may get busted with nothing more than getting the herb taken away, while another may get bustd and forced into the good ol city motel for a few days, and some get put on probation.

Just stay safe, and don't let the 'I will never get busted" ego get too big, otherwise you may just get busted. Of course if the herb never leaves you house chances of getting busted decrease dramatically. It all depends on what level of exposure risk you go to.

 

i aint got busted in three years, and to tell the truth, i'm pretty damn cocky about it.

 

I've never been busted. I almost got caught the other day. I went across the border into the US the other day with about 2 grams worth of weed. I didn't know until after that in the us its zero tolerance policy for weed.

 

yeah i defenitaly had my time of getting busted..but it happens and it makes you smarter..

 

6 years, never been busted by authority figures besides ppls parents, and even then that's probably only been like 1-2 times with nothing coming of it

 

Very heavy smoker for 7 years, not been cuaght. If your smart enough, you can limit your chance greatly.

 

i know plenty of people whove been smoking forever (one of my friends parents has been tokin since 1968) and never got caught
theres ALWAYS a chance and a threat, but like Turkey said, you can greatly limit your chances of getting caught

I've been busted once (by parents of course) and it was because I was overconfident since I've managed to not get busted for a while pretty easily. I found out then though that my mom used to smoke A LOT of weed when she was younger, which was cool to know, but now she's completely sober since she went to AA 3 years ago, so she's big into sobriety. Though I didn't really get too much in trouble, maybe because there's nothing to show that it's hurting me (I get good grades and stuff), she just doesn't really want me doing it (Doesn't mean I don't though, just way more careful, hehe).

 

Yeah, you do get busted.... but thats the chance you take, and that's your chance to let them know that yeah, you smoke weed and they (the government) can't oppress stoners. Besides, getting busted is how you pay tax on weed

 

We all been busted me and friend but each time a ticket and each time a letter in mail dismissing it comes. All of us always had the same end result.


But I had 2 shitty things happen with the cops and weed and 1 cool when i was like 19-25

One time I had a cop step on it and drag the weed along the cement floors outside until you could not almost see the small $20 worth anymore and then he smile and said guess no more weed today. I had more than that at home again that was just a bud I had with me after I rolled a joint LOL.

Glad I left rest at home!

OTHER time in Golden Gate park the cops on motorbikes saw us sharing a pipe ends up taking all 3-5 friends pot and pipes and mine too and they the cops drive off.

I bet the 3 shared the weed!.What makes it worse we all just scored a 8th and we all we young and broke and then without weed for atleast a while that was $40 each and 25 for a good pipe.I hate evil cops.


a cool cop 1 time:

A cop got a call from 911,why 911 for a stealing of a car. Owell anyways, a person was stealing a new car with no plates the call said. It was my new car less than a month on road. The cop car, a white one sliver mirrors pulls up behind me 10FT just one cop.

3 am I just got off work drive home did not want to wake the GF up.So I hot box in the new car for first time. I did not see him I had eyes closed toking hot boxing with the tape playing. He taps on glass asked for ID and papers for car. He said its cool dont trip if your not stealing the car I am not busting you for 1 joint and $20 worth. He said just go home which was 4 doors down. Thats what I did after I smoked a joint more.

Anyways I got a State ID its cuts down on painkillers and I can get good stuff in SF
