cant breath

    i can breath but for some reason im feeling like im not getting enough air into me, even if i try to breath deep.
    im a little worried....i feel light headed, and overwhelmed

    thats happened to me, the more you worry the worse it will become, just relax listen to your fave cd or something and sip some water... trust me it helps

    Go outside and get some fresh air. Sit down and relax with your hands over your head (which helps with your lungs to breathe in more air). Defiently do not smoke anything for a while until you feel better, if you do smoke..............

    thanks everyone

    thats a good idea dodaman, im going go sit outside for a bit. i feel a bit better, i dont feel as overwhelemed.
