Hi, I recently lost my virginity, as in, like 2 days ago haha. Since then I have had sex twice. I have had some bleeding during sex that has continued for the last 2 days. i have assumed is the breaking of my hymen. I was just wondering what else it could be? Could it just be over-stretching or something? Do I need to stop having sex for a while to allow my vagina to heal?
    Thanks

if it's really hurting, wait and let it heal before you go at it again.
Wear a pantyliner to deal with the bleeding issue, if nessecary. =)

Is it continuous bleeding or just after you have sex? The breaking of your hymen shouldn't cause continuous bleeding for two days. Could your period be starting?

If it's only after sex, make sure you're lubricated enough when you're going at it. If you're too dry the friction will create lots of little tears inside your vagina and those might be causing the bleeding.

When I first started have sex (back when dinosaurs roamed) I bled the first few times too. My doctor told me that it was nothing to worry about since it was light and just make sure I was well lubricated (something about the hymen did not tear all the way the first time, or was getting irritated). It just stopped happening after the 5th or 6th time.

If you are concerned take a trip down to family planning or your dr. It might make you feel better to hear it from a professional ;)

Actually everytime you have sex regardless of whether your a virgin or not, you still bleed. The first couple of times you can see it, and then after awhile you still bleed but you just can't see it.
