When do the leaves usualyl start changing colour around where you live. They are already well on their way here (some trees are all yellow, and losing leaves already)
I'd say like.. 1/3 of the trees are red or yellow now and there are brown leaves on the ground and I swear I could smell them yesterday You haveth no idea how glad I am that the season is changing
Autumn rules until it is REAL cold. I love it when it is nippy and I can wear a sweater without feeling grossly hot.
Autumn is my favorite season! The leaves are just starting to fade into a yellow-y color here. They're kinda in that green but yellow stage....lime green-ish. By the end of this month we'll probably have a good color combo going on in the trees. Usually by the middle of October 80% of the leaves aren't green.
It dries out your skin here like no tomorrow. By October, all of our leaves are dead and gone. Halloween is usually our first night of snow. I can only rememebr 3 or 4 times it dind't snow (and stay) on Halloween. Canadian Meg should get on msn

i refuse to believe it... but its kinda starting here too. sepetember and october are nice... bus i dont like long autumn rains... and i really dont like winter.
I hate winter too. The leaves are changing about october, late september. Summer was quick! I miss it... WWWHHHHHYYYYYYYY?!!!
Winter is awesome, merely for the fact that it means Spring is coming again. Which is by far my favorite season, with everything blooming and budding and seemingly coming back from the dead... Anyways, as for the leaves turning colors, it'll start happening in a little less than a month. So i've got a good while to enjoy it yet...
I absolutely love fall. It's by far , in my opinion, the greatest season. The smell of leaves, the moutains all coloured, what cemeteries look like in autumn.. Haaaa, it's by far my season ... Plus my parents plan on going to Ogunquit during the (canadian) Thanksgiving That'd be so rad, the ocean in fall
there arent enough/any trees or mountains in arizona to really enjoy see change in fall...but im sure the weather will feel nice, so im actually lookin forward to it
Well, we have what we call a retarded tree: it is like 2 seasons behind all the other trees in my area...I guess other trees started a littke bit ago. Some still have plenty of green though: like mine the blossoming tree! We had a beautiful redwood in my neighbors yard, but it hanged over the drive. He cut it down one day & I was really sad. It looks so naked now. He claimed it was getting under their pipes, but the silly thing is, he never took out the stomp? So, the tree is trying to grow back!
leaves just turn brown and fall off here. the trees are half bare now. im gonna miss the days of just walking outside barefoot, without worrying about a jacket!!!
canada seems really healthy..or maybe we just suck...we won't be getting colourful leaves around here for another month or so...during halloween is when it starts getting reeeeally cold...im afraid but i lov fall...best season ever!
