Hey all! Sorry for my absence, I have been busy moving back into dorms (extremely long story). I promised Chuck (Politics_are_awesome) I would update everyone on how he's doing; so here it is: Basic Training is getting harder, they have assigned him a gun which he has named "Sweet Melissa". He has also begun rifle practice and wanted me to tell Spence that his first for scores were 21, 22, 23, and 32. He's getting better (considering that he never really shot a gun before the Army), at least that's what he thinks. He's going to start Advanced Rifle Marksmanship where they shoot bigger weapons. He has also begun "White Phase" (he said that Spence would be able to explain it to us). However, his health isn't doing so good. Apparently he put an earplug in too deep the first day of practice, so it sounds like he is developing an infection. He knows that he needs to see a doctor about it, but he's afraid of being out too long so he's bumped into a new Basic Training group. He's developing headaches from the plugged ear. So if anyone has any well wishes/thoughts/comments to send on to Chuck - please post them here. I'll print them up and send it to him on Friday. Also, if anyone wants to write to Chuck, PM me and I'll give you his address. There was a glitch on the address they gave him, but it's all fixed now. I'll talk to you peeps later! ~Debbie P.S.
