I started have panic attacks since i was seventeen, but they didn't hit, too often. Now I am 22 and i am haveing panic attacks once or twice a week. Should I get a PRN to have handy? The only problem is i am very sensitive to sedative drug. My bestfriend gave me a stone to help with panic attacks. Should use a PRN and the stone?:(

dietary changes might help you out a little bit or even alot who knows.. I have had panic attacks/anxiety/depression for years and swore off medications about a year ago and it was the best thing i ever did. I cut all wheat/gluten as well as dairy out of my diet (im a gluten free vegan now) and it made a huge difference within just one week! Stayed on the diet ever since. Supposivly people with depression/anxiety/bipolar are sometimes VERY sensitive to both wheat and dairy and don't even know it.. you can probably find more info if you do some google searches on it.
    Good luck!
