True.. I suggest that everyone who hasn't read Erowid's page on your rights and how to talk to police read them immediately. Cops will trick and intimidate you into 'voluntarily' giving up your rights.

 

i already knew my rights but i did watch the video anyways and liked it everyuone should know there rights cause cops are fuck heads and will fuck u anyway possible. the aclu is very good gotta have someone out there for the people.

 

If a cop tells you to "step out of the car please" ill bet your ass you wont say no and come up with some lame rights shit. Not gonna happen people, if a cop thinks u possibly could have illegal contraband in the automobile, your fucked.

sorry.. but you're quite wrong... the cop would need a little piece of paper called a Warrant to be able to do anything inside your car or even to your car.. a cops "probable cause" is called Profiling.. and thats deep shit for police.. and dont ever be fooled by "Routine Check" or "safetly inspections" either.. just say "no".. i'd say 90% of the time the cop is not gonna sit around for an hour or more to wait for a warrant to be delivered

 

Or they can wait five minutes for the K9 to show up.

 

you'd be suprised how crappy alot of K9 units are.. most of them cant even smell anything unless its stashed within the panelling or bumper of the car.. and again.. a dog cant search the inside of the car without a warrant
