Available at all garden stores is a product called, Fungicide in a spray bottle. It is either schultz or Miracle grow but on the spray it says it is Neem oil in water and that it kills mites. Its organic and ok to use unless in the final week or so of flower.

Spray the plants with that stuff or get some Neem oil and mix it 1:10 with water and spray the plants. Neem oil comes from the neem tree.

There are better treatments that use pesticides but we can go into safe usage of that if chosen later if you like. It's called, Floramite if you can get it. It works sprayed diluted as instructed but is illegal to sell in many areas. It is dangerous and should not be used on plants within 21 days of harvest. You have to be careful mixing and applying it so go organic with the neem. BOG

Another way to keep there numbers down is keep your temperatures under 80 degrees. This slows there reproduction dramatically. A good fan blowing on your plants also helps. If your really struggling you could use a systemic insecticide this does not rely on spraying directly onto the mites it spreads throughout the whole plant. If you don't use after 3 or 4 weeks before harvest it will be out of the plant and OK to smoke. Some people don't like this chemical approach but it actually works and for one I'm not prepared to risk my babies. I had them earlier in my current grow after a good treatment about a month ago I've not seen one since.
