I've been veg for three months now. I take a mult with 300% DV of B12, along with Iron, etc. I also eat spinach and brocoli every day for the sake of getting more Iron and avoiding eating too much carbs and sugars (which I've found is an easy trap for a veggie newbie). I have spoken with a vegatarian friend who ran a gold ring across my cheek, and after a faint black line showed up, declared me anemic. I question the accuracy of that little test, but also think about how I've had a near constant head cold for the past month that I haven't been able to kick. Should I get my blood tested? Have any advice for battleing Anemia?

    I think you're fine. :)
That test sounds rather suspect, and you are eating a lot of iron rich foods (probably more than me, and I'm okay)
Do speak to the doctor though, if you're really worried and/or have other symptoms.

Get an appointment with a doctor. I knew someone who was anemic when they were veggie, but you sound like you should be doing fine.
