ive been looking around for growing tips, ive found some, but some vary greatly,

could someone give me good links to information, or just help me?

    current set up,

desk lamp, marijuana seeds, planting pot, potting soil, miricle grow

i have planted the seeds in the pot with the soil, and i will have a desk lamp on it

my questions are, how long will it be untill it starts sprouting,

how long should i leave light on it

how long untill i should switch it to regular soil outside

Ive been thinking about growing it, but I doubt my parents would let me, but my dads wanted to grow his own for a while so I may use some Jedi mind tricks to get him to do it and let me help.

within a week usually as long as they are moist. you might want to try germinating them first, using a moist paper towel, and an open zip lock baggie.

germinating seedlings does not require light. and even if it did you hot the wrong type of light. incandescent light is useless. fluorescent light would be a little better, but your gonna need a metal halide or high pressure sodium light if you want any buds growing indoors.

once the plants have gotten their first or second pair of true leaves.

    what area are you from?

Ditch the desk lamp and miracle grow.
If you live in the western hemisphere, put outside May 1.

hahahah dude no chance- its the truth about normal light sucking balls. last spring i planted 5 seedlings under 3 desk lamps (2 were normal 1 halogen) and they sprouted and everything but instead of growing in mass it growed in length- the nodes were like 1.5-2 cm apart and after a while of realising how retarded i was i replanted them in these woods like areas a few min. from my house. they got better and grew for a few weeks but then i couldnt find em again- either they got ripped or died or god knows what, dont try growing indoors without the proper equipment- its a waste of time

well atleast through my exp i am sure i will grow properly when i get my own place- it was so nevracking trying to keep them in my closet. the paranoia while i was at school was so intense i ws half happy it didnt work out.

haha, yeah mr.green, im sure the parinoia would kill me at school keeping them in my closet,

since i havent planted them yet, i might try a few out side, and some in my closet, just to see which one grows better for my part
