Went overseas for the first time in August to Sydney and wow... what a fantastic place! The weather is gorgeous (even in Winter), there is so much to see and do and the city itself is beautifull. I shopped myself to near collapse eveyday and I was kept busy all day. Me and my boyfriend REALLY didn't want to come back to New Zealand. Just wanted to say you Aussies have it really lucky.

Beautiful places include the West coast, Hawkes Bay, Coramandel, Nelson, Taupo, Rotorua. Lots of beautiful places!
there are much nicer places than sydney in australia! and the weather?? the weather in sydney is absoloute shit!
Yeah but the weather is only one thing. I must admit, I dn't mind the place at all. I'm actually looking forward to being there again - but I'm certainly not planning an extended holiday!
