no those are far from being hallucinogenic I think this is coprinus comatus which is edible...but you have to be 100% sure by lookin at other coprinus s they are very common around here
Okok searched google and shroomery a bit The only trippy mushroom I found that grows in your area is Panaeolus subbalteatus

north wales, united kingdom, countryside fields (and acres of the bastards) in the corners and shadowed areas of the field (through hunting) i've found so many psilocybe semilanceata - the liberty caps that look a little like panaeolus subbalteatus when they're in the growing stages. i'm off out to hunt and pick some ina minute it's the perfect time and they should be fully grown now.
I'm in vermont, and I just found some yesterday.. Dung-loving psilocybin, the most common wild hallucinogen. I didn't realize what they were at first, I just thought they might be edible, so I got the book and looked it up, and it said "edibility: Hallucinogenic" ... Yay!
