What the fuck? You got arrested for being drunk? How old are you? Where were you when you got fucked? And if they ask again, deny deny deny. You were drunk, you said something stupid because they were harrassing you. Although there's the risk of them giving you a drug test, and then you'd be pretty screwed. Anyway, i don't think there's anything they can do if you did drugs in the past. You have to be on them at the time, i think. If they do try and screw you for it you can always say your drink was spiked for the E, and you didn't know it was marijuana you were smoking. They have no proof. Fuck them. If people got arrested for drugs they've done in the past, half the world would be in jail.
Yeah they arrested me for being drunk underage in a park. :| I'm 16 years old. If they give me a drug test when I go back it'll be just under 4 weeks after I last did E. Do you think I'll pass it? Ooh and they swobbed my mouth. Thanks for the help. :]
When you talk to them just don't volunteer any information, that's all. They may try and intimidate you into saying what they want to hear but don't fall for it.
Ecstacy stays in your system for about a week at most, but they can detect it through swab tests in that week (give or take a couple of days). As for being drunk in a park at sixteen, i doubt anything long term will happen to you. Most likely just a slap on the wrist, probably an informal caution at most if it's the first time you've been arrested. Again, they have no proof that you took those drugs by you own choice, unless you admit it to them.
you cant get in trouble for doing drugs in the past.. the crime is "possession" of x or bud... if you're not possessing the drugs, it doesnt matter.. also, they wont give you a drug test, what would be the point? and if they try to play up what you said bout doing weed or x (i dont know why, b/c like i said before, they really can't use this information for any real purpose) just say you were drunk and didnt know what you were saying
