My locks almost ten months old, before you question, that long one is fake hair, kinda sewed it on with a felting needle
Awesome, mama! How did you exactly sew that shit in there? Because I have two that knotted up REALLY short, and they are bugging the crap outta me, sometimes, and I'd like to extend them!
@HavePatience: I never palmroll , I used a felting needle on my tips. @Scorpius: The hair was sectioned and backcombed, I only rip them apart, use crocheting needle every once in a while to put the loose hair back in, and sometimes a felting needle to put loops back in the locks. @Everyone else: Thank you!!
yes i have to agree with everyone here, your dreads are fantastic! But i have a tiny little question....how do you use the crocheting needle? :$
I don't have a clue how to explain. Just put the needle through the dread , put the hair on the needle and pull it through.
hey i did that, i put the needle inside the hair, kinda backombed it and it worked! It's like backcombing with a needle.I begun from the top of the dread to the end.Lol, it was nice!^_^
