After I wrote that out, I remembered something I heard once. I'm not going to say this right. But some people are fueled by protein, some by carbs, some by fat. So it's best to eat the thing that fuels you best in the morning, it will go longer and you will be least likely to binge eat, or eat junkfood because you'll have gotten enough nutrients to take you to the next meal of the day, and then you'll just eat healthier overall. And sometimes it changes. Like I think it changed for me. It changes when you age, etc.
my sure fire wake up is, 2 ginseng complex,2 sudafeds,and 2 vitamin b complexs.. if that dont wake you up,,your dead..
i have the same problem too, but it stops once i start working out regularly like right now, i feel tired and i woke up 3 hours ago, after sleeping for 9 hours....
Well, I went to a gas station and bought ginseng with bee pollen, B vitamins and a bunch of other stuff... took like four pills and drank a coffee and now I'm wide awake.
