Any one good with calculus?

I am having trouble with my homework and the book is crap and so is the professor. I will go to a tutor tomorrow but my assignment is due tomorrow and I am worried I won't have time.

Here are some problems:

4x^2 + 12x +4y^2 -16y=75

I need to find the center and radius.
