Bargain Car Wanted - Austin TX

Hey all,

I need a bargain car/truck/anything with wheels to get around with and to do the usual work, stores, etc with.

Being a recent immigrant I have had no luck with dealerships/credit places since I have no history here in the USA.

I can afford around 500, and whatever I get I have to be able to keep it running with as little cost as possible.
