For photoshoping a picture from Beirut. At least he could have tried to make it look believeable Source Original and photoshopped pics below.
"The photographer has denied deliberately attempting to manipulate the image, saying that he was trying to remove dust marks and that he made mistakes due to the bad lighting conditions he was working under," hahahah
what's the big deal? It's not like he used photoshop to make it look like half the city was leveled. Seems the importance of what he did is minimal.
The media will point crap like this out, yet they won't touch the fake bin Laden tape that emerged in the months after 9/11, or the footage of World Trade Center 7 collapsing perfectly into a neat little pile due to controlled demoliton. The neocon lapdogs in the media are using these shots to help understate the atrocities being committed by Israel. So by emphasising this as a fake, they implant the idea into the heads of people (primarily supporters of Israel and Bush-worshipping neocons) that anyone who talks of atrocities being carried out by Israel is just spewing propaganda, not telling the truth, and being as disingenuous as the person who photoshopped the pictures. Now, anyone who asks legitimate questions regarding Israel's war crimes against Lebanon will be looked upon as being simply a "liberal with an agenda." The people who control the media are masters at manipulating its viewers. Just look at the talking heads going on about this (O'Reilly, Hannity, Savage, Limbaugh...).
That's a really...bad attempt at photomanipulation. Someone should introduce that photographer to Photoshop tutorials.
If you're going to risk your whole career photoshoping a picture, at least do something cool with it. Jeez, oh the clouds are darker, woopee.
A great example of the cognitively degenerative effects of political tribalism. The evidence displayed clearly demonstrates much of the media distorting events to fit with an anti-israeli agenda and somehow its all still complicit in some zionist plot. Your nonsensical argument is essentially that the media is discrediting itself so as to strengthen its influence. And someone who asked 'legitimate questions regarding israels war crimes' whilst mentioning nothing about hezbollah deliberate attempt to wage mass murder against the populace of southern israel is a "liberal with an agenda" or more accurately a sanctimonious **** looking for a chance to look indignant at the 'injustice'.
