Now what would have happend if the students had guns themselves? Would they have ran and been shot at or would they have opened fire on the lone gunman and killed him as the police did but only long after others were shot?

 

Anything used by an insane person or untrained person can become leathal, that fact that they had to print on all firearms not to point it at yourself is a good clue to that.


I enjoy that alot of my guns are over 100 years old and played parts in my coutry's history. I have others I just love to shoot, I like target shooting and spent a great deal of my life doing so and will continue. I used to hunt, just becuase I stopped hunting does not mean I may never do it again so I shall keep these too and I have some that are set up very well for personal protection. I have never and hope to never have to use them for anything other than just recreational shooting at targets but if I did I feel pretty confident the end result will be me alive, intruder dead.

 

Thats easy to explain, in the outback your homes are like days apart, by the time you get there to kill your neighbor you forgot what the whole deal was all about, lol!

I don't know about the crime stats today in Australia, but in the late 1770s when 800 British convicts were set ashore near Sydney (the first european settlement on australia) it was comprised 100 fucking percent of Murderers, Rapists, and Thieves
