so after hitler finished torchering the jews and killed them did they go to hell? I mean if jew's don't accept jesus like the christian churches says they should then they should all be burning in hell right now right?

and if thats the case why did god create a world, set up some kind of system of beliefs that you can follow to be admitted to heaven, then after a few thousand years decide to change the rules and send everyone to hell that doesn't agree with his change in plans

God never changes. God created people with a choice, a free will. In the beginning, with Adam and Eve, although the Garden of Eden was a perfect place it contained the "Tree of Life" aka sin to allow them to have a choice (this world is all about CHOICE isn't it)

God said you can do anything BUT eat from that tree. But man could not control themselves and evil came into the world. The devil won the battle, but not the war.

Although the world had been altered by evil, God still continued to show His love and mercy and sent Himself in the flesh--Jesus--to die. His death becomes are immunity to sin through accepting

The point of this cliche story that I am sure you know... God did not change His plan. He gave us perfection to start with and it was man's own evil desire that screwed it.

Ultimately, it was God's plan to give us perfection, but as we ruined perfection, he adapted to our sins and sent us a savior from them.

but isn't the point of most versions of christianity that you have to accept jesus as the son of god to make it to heaven?

so if before jesus you didn't have to accept jesus and after jesus you did have to accept him...then the rules changed and all those that don't see jesus for what the roman catholic church says he is (I'm pretty sure jesus denied being what the church later said he was) then they are sinning and going to hell

its like if you are working your job doing everything just great then all the sudden someone shows up saying 'hey man I come straight from the top and you better start doing it this way or else your fired' and you're sitting there wondering who the hell this new character is and why is he taking all this mumbo jumbo...do you risk getting fired and go along doing your job that you were taught to do or do you beleive this strange new cat and do things his way (which could also be completely wrong)
its like god through all of humanity a curve ball and they had better recognize the curve and go with it or spend eternity in hell...

so are all the jews that suffered in germany during ww2 burning in hell for not accepting jesus?

Before Christ, men were saved by obeying the law. In the law one's sins were covered by the blood of a PERFECT animal (notice forshadowing). The law was very difficult to follow and the Jews showed that it was impossible to please God by works alone. Therefore, God sent His PERFECT son (God in human form) to become the ultimate sacrifice and to fulfill the law. The OT talks much about Jesus and why he came. From Genesis to Malachai Jesus' life was fortold.

Here is a website that talks a little about prophecies concerning Jesus in the OT. http://www.messianic-prophecy.net/

To answer your question. Yes. Keep in mind that most of the world will not go to heaven according to Jesus and the Bible. Also remember that God finds a way for those who are trully seeking the true God (even if they do not know His name) a way of salvation. But the Jews know who Jesus was. Jesus was a Jew himself... the most famous Jew! haha And as stated in the Bible most Jews are very stubborn and blind. So blind that they missed God even when He walked on the earth! And now they are still awaiting for the first coming of the their messiah only to see the second coming... "Look, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, even those who pierced him; and all the peoples of the earth will mourn because of him."

Men before the time of Christ were saved the same way as men are today. Believing Jews believed God's Word and looked foward to the Messiah's coming.

In other words you could say that Jesus Christ stands at the apex of history. People today look back at Christ's sacrifice on the cross and people who lived before the time of Christ looked foward to His sacrafice.

When the apostle Paul is talking about Abraham he says "If, in fact, Abraham was justified by works, he had something to boast about-but not before God. What does the Scripture say? 'Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness'" (Romans 4:2-3)

So, believing Jews were saved by faith in Christ.

The law that the Jews followed was a representation of Christ. Jesus Christ is the substance that fulfills these "types and shadows" in the Old Testament. So, the law was only a representation, not the substance itself. Jesus Christ is the substance.

For example, the Jews celebrated the Passover to keep them focused on the One who was going to die for their sins.

"Get rid of the old yeast that you may be a new batch without yeast--as you really are. For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed." (1 Corinthians 5:7)

Christ says "This is what I told you while I was still with you: Everything must be fulfilled that is written about me in the Law of Moses, the Prophets and the Psalms."(Luke 24:44)

(Romans 3:21) "But now a righteousness from God, apart from law, has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify."

As Hebrews says, "The law is only a shadow of the good things that are coming, not the realities themselves" (Hebrews 10:1)

Hebrews ch 10 really gives a good description of it I think.

I believe in justice. Isn't justice people who are guilty getting punished in an appropriate way to their guilt? People convicted of crimes are punished unless they are pardoned.

The punishment for moral crimes is Hell. You will only be punished if you are guilty. So, who's guilty? All men are because we are all sinners, Jews and Gentiles. We have all sinned against God.

We will all have to stand before God one day and answer for our crimes. That is, unless we recieve pardon. And this is why God sent His Son Jesus Christ, God in human flesh, to take our sins, to pay our debt for us on the cross. This is the way that God has made for us to be forgiven of all of our sins. By receiving Jesus Christ and what he has done for you, this free gift of salvation, you can be forgiven.

And the Bible says no man can claim ignorance(or innocence) before God. The creation, the world we live in, shows us that there is a Creator and our conscience does as well.

We will all die one day. Some of old age, some earlier because of disease, some because of car accidents, some in war, etc...But we will all die one day and have to stand before a Holy, Righteous Judge who will in His justice give us what we deserve for the sins we are guilty of. But there is an alternative. Through Jesus Christ we have been offered forgiveness. We can accept it or reject it.

"From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live. God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us." (Acts 17:26-27)

"I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." (John 14:6)
