Thank You All!

Well, we did it! This is the 200th post in this forum today. Yeah, I'm sad like that. But a couple of months ago, the UK Forum might have got about 20 in a week, now it's getting between 100 and 200 a day. We're back! Back in business. Alive and kicking and here to stay. We did it alright. We rebuilt the UK Forum and the UK Community from the mess it was left in. And I'd like to thank you all, everyone who made it happen all over again.

Thanks to new mods Samhain, Jon and Sarah for helping to stir things up. Thanks to PooBrain, the artist formally known as Ellie, for coming back to help kick start the UK Forum. Thanks to Jonny2Mad for being Hipforums' very own Boxer and for keeping the home fires burning when everyone was out.

Thanks to all the returning members and to those who never left, who've made me nostalgic and helped bring the forums back to life; to Jaz, Dandi, Bokonon, Paulfreespirit, Dharmamillo, Fountains of Nay, Claire, Danny, Taz, Poo_13, Xiola, Elliot, Lozi, Lankymidget, Chris, Sebbi, Autumn Jewels, Random Spontaneosity, Mudpuddle, Luke, Dais, Kat, Jonathan S, Paddy, Mikeyben and all the rest.

Thanks to our new members who've helped breathe new life into the community; to Harry In The Navy Tuttle, Columbo, PsyGrunge, RedFaerie, Raven, Mazzie, Karma17, Cerebus, Shedtroll and anyone else who's joined us recently, and to everyone who will be joining us.

You've made this place great again, you've made it fun again, you've made me stay up to the wee hours again.

Wow, what happened to the forum since I was away then? It used to be the busiest part of the whole Hipforums.

 

It died a death and got spammed a lot. It lost is atmosphere and its members, but now, I think, that's back It may be that there was a time when this place got too big, I remember there were quite a few trolls on here at one point. So if it's slightly smaller than it once was, then that may be no bad thing

 

Well, the atleast one troll seems to be back!

I'm really happy to be back here When I was away sorting out some stuff in my life I really really missed you guys, and it's great that we were all able to come back around the same time re build this forum It's like coming home again...

I must admit that since I wandered back here a week or so ago, the majority of my online time has been spent in the UK Forums! I'd like to offer extended thanks to the moderators for sticking at it and to johnny2mad...'Cause he's mint

I'll agree with all those sentiments. Congrats to peace, I really didn't think it could be done, but the lad done good...

 

If it can be done once, it can be done again. And as a weird naked Indian and the spirit of Jim Morrison once said to me, 'book them and they will come!' None if it could have happened without all you guys.
