Think I finally figured how to pretty much trick'em into playing what I want to hear...

The main thing is to have a station per individual artist/group and take care to give'em the thumbs down when they attempt to expand the selection.

One station is pretty much playing the original selected artist and two clones... almost the same as me playing my mp3s.

It also helps to have multiple stations to switch between as when you first start a session w/a station they play the original artist and stay closer to the artist compared to logging continuous time on the station.
