Thunder and Lightning!!!!

The lightning is right over head!!! The thunder is making my flat rattle

I've been for a walk in the storm and it was amazing!!!!

wow.. i wish i had a storm to play in.

storms are incredible

 

It's been pretty nice up in the north east last few days. Weather reports and satellite images show nasty cloud and rain, but I can't see it.


If the storms do come again, I hope it's with the same force. Lightening is wonderful.

 

We never get decent storms in Glastonbury, you hear a couple of rumbles, see a few flashes and then it's all over! I imagine that's how the sheep must feel.....ahem, anyway, I grew up in Essex (shhhhhh....) and we used to have the most incredible storms - they scared me shitless!!! I want proper storms! Claire stole them all!!!!

 

i want a storm.. the weather here is just.. crap..
i want to jump in puddles..
ooh and a power cut (at a convenient time of course.. so i can light candles and read in the dark...)

 

You don't get storms in Dorset either? D'ya reckon it's a West Country thang or is Claire really evil enough to steal storms from 2 counties?!?

how can you read in the dark? and it wouldn't be dark if you had candles lit.

 

Well i was down south in hampshire this weekend... so i brought all the storms north with me MUAHAHAHAHA:X

 

thats a very good point..
perhaps i should have said.. i like to read under candle light..reading in the dark i find quite hard.. due to my lack of night vision.. but i am trying to improve...

 

we had a thunder storm here in clevedon (somerset) tonight how did it miss glastonbury. you've gotta fell sorry for the cornish mind

I was here all the time and didn't notice any storms...

Meh, I was probably sleeping!

 

Put the candles in the other room, and get some of those night vision goggles.

 

We don't really get storms in this area of West Wales either and when we do its grand! WE had some flashing and rumblin yesterday It was about 10 or more miles away I love thunder and lightning.. lightning is like natures own wee firework show! LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT!

 

It's even better with another person

 

The storms have arrived in grand style! the rain heavy as hell. I'm rather buzzing at the minute as I captured some lightening on the old camtroller...
