I heard that LSD doesn't give euphoria like weed and MDMA and this is one thing where acid lacks. Is this true? If not, is it better or worse than the bliss or euphoria of weed and MDMA?
It depends on your trip. You could end up in hell of suffering or heaven of euphoria. Thats usually when you take a good dose though But it has more euphoria then weed . You might laugh alot and alot. Anyways euphoria is a vague term I find. But with an average dose you probably wont reach such physical and sensorial bliss than with mdma. With higher dose it might happen though. What is euphoria in your book?
I munched 4 acid tabs in a hippy rave and sat in a tent amongst other trippers. i looked up to the roof of the tent and it was swirling around. everything was music and colour was being placed into various sections and then taken away again. As soon as I realised it was all in my mind and all the work of the acid, I felt fantastic. The greatest buzz.
Like someone else said it'll either give you the most euphoric experience possible or most disphoric.
Disphoria would be the opposite of pleasure, right? If so wouldn't physical pain be involved, as well as of course emotional? I didn't think that physical pain was felt during a bad trip, but i might be wrong. Because during a good trip i sure fell physical pleasure. I would compare acid (ephorically) to MDMA, just a little less as good. But the visuals in my opinion make it much better.
the euphoria is greater with acid than weed in all of my experiences. Sometimes we would find ourseves laughing uncontrollably about the littlest things and then we would be laughing for so long and so hard we forgot wat we were laughing about, and then laugh about that. you get the whole body buzz thats so intense I LOVE IT!!!
Well i don't know this last acid was fucking awsome, but i got sick about two hours into it so i don't know if the body buzz would have gotten any better, i'm not sure. But it sure was a damn good body buzz. If there is acid with a better body buzz then the etc i've been getting the i FUCKING want some! 2cewild were the visuals good on that? because this last acid was fucking kaliedoscopic, melting fuckery fo sho.
Acid isn't what a lot of people would consider euphoria, because it can go wrong very, very quickly. Euphoric probably isn't the best word to describe the great deal of happiness that you can experience on acid, but I really prefer it over the "Oh my god it all feels so good i have no idea whats going on" euphoria that X gives me. Four or five hits of fluff gives me an incredible high and incredible visuals.
Oh i must have forgot to mintion that evey drug lately, besides benzodiazapines, has made me sick. Really sick along with panic attacks. Whats funny is that i didn't have any panic attacks on acid, but i did feel like i had the fucking flu. I know it was just me and not the acid because my brother took it and was fine. I wasn't sick at first, and that was the part i was refering to be euphoric.
it doesn't give you one nailed down feeling... rather a rapid succession of weird, awesome, scary, insane feelings and experiences. LSD is very thought oriented compared with MDMA but i think people like this because its intellectually satisfying and the experience sort of sticks with you for your whole life. unlike ecstasy, an LSD experience is very much what you make of it. the experience is constantly changing and applies to all your senses, not an 8 hour body euphoria. if you can give in to the intensity and the bizzare, some of these feelings could be interperted as the most pleasureable and liberating experience of your life. if you can't handle it, you'll be stuck for 8 hours in a very uncomfortable state of mind. but even if that happens, you'll probably come back again and eventually you learn how to accept and enjoy even the weirdest shit. i think every trip i've had theres been moments of pure insanity, and moments of overwhelming happiness i've never experienced on any other drug.
