I trimmed a bit off my plant today and left it in my room and came back to this! BAD KITTY! She really liked it and meowed when I took it away. It didnt seem to affect her at all.
Cute! I have a chihuahua/Jack Russel mix puppy and if we leave anything out he jumps up on the table and tears it into pieces! He ate like half an eigth once and got really really weird. He was all wobbly and couldnt walk. I felt bad for him but it was kind of funny and it taught him a lesson! lol
Haha, that's awesome. If it becomes a problem - maybe grow some cat nip? Just keep it in pots in the house, instead of outside-only, so kittie will figure out that cat nip gets them high and they're ALLOWED to eat it, haha. My dog used to sniff around the grow room, but he knew he wasn't allowed in. (We aren't growing any more.) Now he'll sniff weed, pipes, bongs, etc. on the coffee table, but knows not to eat anything, knock stuff over, etc. Gotta train 'em young, haha.
ihad a chinchila that ate a budd bigger then his head...he looked like he was eatting a bud hoagie...theynormaly zoom around & bounce off the walls (literaly) but after he ate it he just hoped in slow motion, & fell over everytime he tried to scratch an itch...when i tried putting himin his cage that night he totaly freaked out..i had to sleep onthe couch & just let him hop all over me all night...it was hilarius.. he was a total pot feind..hed steal buds right out of the bowl.....i miss that lil furry freak
Kodos (my dog) is a fiend, too, but he's well-mannered enough to know better. Obviously, it's WAY easier to train a dog not to eat weed than it would be to train another animal. When we're smoking, he'll come over to the next person in the circle (he seems to always know the rotation and where it's going next) and try to look reeaalllyy cute so they'll blow their smoke at him, haha. I've caught a couple people (that don't come over often) trying to hide that they're getting him stoned - we just tell 'em, "It's okay, man. We don't make him do it, he does it 'cause he likes it." because when he was a wee little one, we'd just blow it towards him and leave him the option to turn away or sniff at the smoke. He knows the difference between weed, cigar/cloves, and cigarettes. When my brother's jack russel was still with his litter (my step-brother breeds them, he also grows weed) my step-brother's boyfriend was home and left some laying on the coffee table. The pup got into it, followed by chewing up a vaccuum cord that was PLUGGED IN at the time. 3 or 4 weeks old... got stoned, got a good shock, and the vet said all was fine. What a little trooper.
It is really wise posting pictures of your homegrown pot on an internet site where government people can get your ISP and personal info and bust you? Skip has already mentioned several times that government organizations are watching Hipforums and Hippy.com. It just seems like a goofy thing to do.
If what I am doing is so wrong I will be arrested. You can live in a world of fear but ive done nothing wrong.
FYI: Catnip and marijuana are both members of the the Labiatae family, more commonly knowns as the Mint family. might explain why cats like it... my cat liked it too and always knew where my stash was kept. (Cat is still around, but the stash is gone)
My rats were eating some bud last night, it went totally loopy and started hopping around really spastically for like 10 minutes then it just slept on my lap and licked my neck for the rest of the night.
