Hey just a heads up. There is a guy here selling an acre with a small trailer, has power, fenced water system, phone and very short distance from Jacks Fork River but way above flood plain. Jacks Fork has great fishing and swimming and canoe runs. The lot is just at most a block off paved road with loads of timber all around it. The surrounding land is owned by a James Woolsey, he has more land than one could imagine and just leaves it wooley and pretty much natural so will feel secluded. There is a person that lives to the right of the lot, they are pretty laid back people. Anyway he said he would sell it for $4500.00. I know he paid $800 just for the power to be ran in, the fence and posts are all brand new, the water system is new, the trailer is pretty nice too but is he bought it used. Good starter pad, like 6 miles from town, short distance to river for some fun. Great hunting in the area too.
Hi....I was wondering if this is still available and if so what town is it near? Eminence possibly? I am in Fenton, Mo. which is a suburb of St. Louis and kayak Jacks Fork all the time. Wouldn't mind checking this out. Thanks, Cliff
