Walking down the street carrying pot plants (or driving around with them) is legal in CA. if you have a Dr's recommendation.
In most CA. counties though he was carrying too much "processed" (i.e. dry/manicured) weed to be within legal limits.

I'm wondering though about this: the cops said he had 4 lbs. of pot stapped to his legs and another bag wrapped up in a sweater, yet they only placed a value of $2,000 on the weed.
Over 6 lbs. of weed and a value of $2K?
Somethings fishy.

I was thinking the same thing.

Around here it would probably be around $6-8k for that.

 

Maybe they value growing plants differently than cured, dried product.

obviously he was just taking it for a walk. Just like singing to plants walking them helps them grow, the more loved they feel the better buds they produce jeeze its simple horticulture knowledge.

NO its becuase plants have feelings and need to be loved too.

 

erm, if im right plants have NO love/hate receptors or feelings. allthough it is nice to show love to something u really do love
