One of the best prescription opiate painkiller. It's not technically an opiate and the mechanism of the action is unknown. But it's awesome.. better than codeine/hydrocodone. It lasts also much longer than other opiates. Watch out, I got hooked to this.
Tramadol is cool. I took 300mg a few times and felt wonderful, especially when I would lie down. Full body buzz. It's also kinda speedy.
It's a pain medication, usually prescribed along with opiates to potentiate their effects, but sometimes prescribed as the primary pain med.
prescribed to people that have been/are alcoholics or have had liver damage.. there's no APAP in tramadol. I've tried it before.. My first time I did 5 of them, and then 7 codeine's, it was so awesome.. I think i could've OD'd.
uuuhhhh................what? Why would you even make up such a lie? Have you ever heard of Ultracet? I mean yea you can get it without APAP, but you can get any of the other opiates without it as well.
Ultram (tramadol HCl).. and I believe it would be hard to get some opiates without aspirin or acetaminophen.. You can get oxycodone without them (OxyContin).. and maybe a couple syrup's of codeine.. name some that come without aspirin, and acetaminophen.
Tussionex, which is a hydrocodone syrup, contains no APAP. It does, however, contain the antihistamine Chlorpheniramine.
