I was just wondering if anyone knew where to get a Thorr's Hammer earring. I saw one on Nip/Tuck and I really liked the meaning behind it.

It had a [size=-1]swastika on the top of it and then had a sort of celtic knot thing goin on the rest of it. I really liked it and I was just wondering if anyone knew of anywhere I could find one.

oh. and i'm not a nazi, by the way. I just like the orignal meaning for it. Light, Love, Life, and Luck.

The short version of the story behind Thor's hammer, as I know it. Thor is the God of thunder in scandinavian mythology, which the vikings believed in.

When it was thunder the people said it was Thor who was riding in the sky in his wagon, pulled by his he-goats Tanngnjóstr and Tanngrisnir. He was fighting with his hammer, which is called Mjölner. One night Thor's he-goats got slaughtered but in the morning Mjölner (the hammer) brought them back to life.

Hope you find your hammer! In Sweden, where I come from, you can find it anywhere.
