    Is my kitten.

I think he's neurotic. He has this obsession with trying to cover things up. Like when he eats out of his bowl, he'll claw the carpet to try to cover it up. If he has a toy he likes he'll try to do the same thing. If he has a leftover treat, he will scrape the carpet around it to try to cover it up.

I know it's an instinct, but sheesh...you'd think he'd figure it out if he can still see it after trying to cover it up enough times, it doesn't work.

No...he's cute though...He's little and black and his fur is very shiny. He also has this little white puff of hair on his chest.

    But he's definitely neurotic.

He's just tryin' to hide his food stash! :D

I love the way dogs still circle to clear out invisible weeds before laying down...

Don't feel bad, we devoted a small closet to our catbox to keep the smell at bay. My one feline claws at the walls, & anywhere but actually in the box!
..Inevitably, leaving a big shiny stinkin' poop right on top of the litter uncovered for his bro...

I just sigh, & shake my head...Look at his brother, & say...No wonder you kick his ass! :D ;)

My kitten Jezabelle goes whacko once the kids go to bed for the night. It's like, she get sooo hyper, she tears around the house, leaping over things, jumping from here to there, just a blur of fur as she runs around at full speed, skidding across the hard wood floor, slamming into things because she's going so fast that she loses traction. I think she's feeling relief that the kids are tucked away in bed and she's celebrating. It's the only time she acts all crazy like that, I mean, she seriously goes nuts! She has this crazed look in her eyes, I swear! :p

I wonder why they do that at night? Unless, that's when they get their energy from all the napping during the day!

I think that's a pretty good possibility. Or it's a moon type thing.
