Ok...the name should say it all. I ADORE this band. Sublime gets major props in my book. the music makes me so damn happy. I love it. I went to see this tribute band called Badfish and they were really good. I'm only 16 so obviously I wasn't old enough to go see them and have something to compare Badfish to but I think I'm accurate in saying they were pretty damn good. Anyone else wanna share their sublime experiance or tell a favorite song. My top 3 would be: 1: What I got 2: Santeria 3: Wrong way
i am still puzzled as to how Sublime is catagorized as "punk". If Sublime is punk, then Celine Dion is what? Rock and Roll?
I am a sublime fanatic. it captures the spirit of california, nobody does it better. ive lived here my whole life so i know plus, it is THE party music. if anything by sublime comes on at a party people get HEIFY!!!
I have to agree with you on that. I think MTV needed to fill their punk void when it came to music videos so they got some bands on there and labelled them that.

Um, let's see. Bradley talks about liking punk, being heavily influenced by Bad Religion/NOFX and many other punk bands as well as ska bands that played along Long Beach, CA. Have you not heard "We're Only Gonna Die From Our Own Arrogance", a Bad Religion cover song? What about songs like "Same In The End", "Seed", and "Paddle Out"? All punk songs by category. I'm being nice, so keep talking out of your ass everyone.
Sublime is great. Destructively reformatting my hard-disk is not. Losing massive amounts of Sublime's material... Priceless.

I love sublime with a passion. Their music is just pure happiness. They are the perfect amount of funny, meaningful, sexual, everything. One of the best bands, imo.
ahah you haven't heard Burritos, April-29-1992, Loser, Same In The End, or any of their other more punk/rock-based tracks I actually refer these over a lot of their others
