Tonight (last night, whatever you count it, since it's early morning now), I got to play in the park. My boyfriend and I went to town on a bit of a double date with two friends of ours that are dating and it was the most fun. It was great. I actually was able to walk the wavy balance beam (just a balance beam that was bent into a wavy shape) all the way across, even after my boyfriend had been poking fun at my balance skills earlier. There's lots of sand under the playground equipment, so I went barefoot and it was so neat to feel the sand between my toes. We also played in the park sprinklers and popped firecrackers. It was like being a kid again for a little while. Am I the only person who loves to recapture their childhood? It's my favorite thing in the world. I think I'm going to walk down the street to the daycare on Monday and see if they need extra help over the summer cuz I think I'd have a blast.

went on the swings n slide at 11.40pm tuesday night - waiting for my wages to clear so I could go to the club - couldn't manage the monkey bars though my knees were touching the ground - but the horse on a spring was great.felt like i was 7 instead of 33!

Isn't a bummer when you learn you can't hang from the monkey bars anymore? Especially when you already knew, but figured you'd give a try because maybe, just maybe, they raised them especially for you? It's really sad, man, especially since I'm 5'1" and I can still touch the monkey bars without stretching.

the other night I went for a walk to the park and I played the "dont let the car's driving by see you game" I was ducking behind bushes and hiding behind trees.. weird I know but it was great fun like I used to remember when I had a city curfew and went out anyways..... :)

Never let those times escape you... be silly, weird whatever it takes... :)

my town was too small to have a real park. but then it was the size of some parks itself and surrounded by real wilderness.

Oh, we don't dare go to the park here in town. It's a safety hazard. All the equipment is old and broken and has sharp and rusty parts sticking out. That's what happens when some crappy city council decides to sell ours broken playground equipments. It's sad, really, we used to spend so much time there when I was a kid.

So, I can't enjoy sex and miss my childhood, too? Geez, if you're looking for pristine, straight-laced prudes, you came to the wrong site.

A few days ago I turned 45 and I was sort of having a pity party for myself. Later that evening I was hanging out with a couple of friends and we were swing from and climbing trees. I was just stupid, goofy, fun. It was an absolute blast.
