I've decided to drop a line into this thread as I am somewhat new. If you've recently been on the Heavy Metal threads in the music subforum, you've already had the pleasure of meeting me... Greetings to everyone. I'm 19, from Nova Scotia, Canada. I've taken IT courses in a private college, but I probably won't find a job in IT, as it bores the hell out of me now. In the case of a conflict, my opinions are the only ones that count. I live in a very small community. To give a sense of size, our local highschool holds a mere 300 students. Recently, as I mentioned I went to a private college, about an hour and a half away from my house. For this reason, I've also been staying in that area with new friends. I do not hold a religion, though I've read much of the new testament and some of Anton LaVey's work. Neither interest me. I spend most of my time listening to or playing music. I play bass and guitar. I hold a number of opinions, and generally don't worry about candy coating what I'm thinking at any given time. This has prompted many to use the term asshole when describing me, obviously I'm not bothered by this. I am minorly annoyed by negative people who cannot spell. I don't care if you've made a simple typo, or whatever, but if you're going to waste the energy to say something negative toward someone, atleast make it clear what you're trying to say. On the net, you've either gotta be smart, or nice...
My son plays the bass. He'd love to jam, but we are a long way from Nova Scotia. You have been here longer than I, you should be welcoming me.:H
