    Alright, So I was reading HookahWiki and came across an article that says this about shisha (flavored tobacco for hookah use)

    Acclimating Shisha is the process of allowing the shisha to "get used" to a new environment. You will often have to acclimate your shisha after humidity shock.

    * Every new purchase
    * Changes in elevation
    * Severe changes in weather.

    Allow shisha to sit open in the environment you will be smoking in for 3 to 5 hours. Be careful about leaving shisha outside, as bugs and other foreign bodies can introduce themselves, which is bad.

    The tobacco forms an equilibrium with the moisture in the air. When it is out of balance the juice becomes too runny or the excess moisture in the air dissolves all the flavors wrong. If you acclimate your tobacco, it allows the tobacco to reach equilibrium with the air. This is most especially important with nicotinated tobaccos, but flavor changes can be found in non-nicotinate tobaccos, too.

    Now does anyone think the same holds true for bud? Because if you think about it bud has it's own flavor and such so maybe the acclimation could hold true also...

    What do you think?

    When I get a brand new bag of shisha I just leave the bag open over night and this tends to work pretty well. I don't really see why you would need to do this with weed. I just keep my buds in a big mason jar.
