Anyone ever hear the Hopi or Navajo (I really don't know what tribe they are.) play rock music on the radio in Santa Fe? It's awesome!!! Native American Rock!

No but that sounds cool tell me more! Don't know how to say this without sounding like a pretensious wanna-be but I have done a fair bit of study Native American writing at university so find the idea of Native American rock really interesting. What do they sing about? Is the music quite political?

[IMG]It was more spiritual, something you really enjoy while high. An Indian ceremony in rock music. They play it on AM. Maybe by now it's on FM, it's been awhile since I was there. [IMG]

Well I live down the road from the Bellvue post office, right at the entrance of the foothills. There's a couple of canyons here, Rist, Poudre and Big Thompson. I like Big Thompson myself. But a venue? I'm not sure what you mean, is that a show? Or do you mean the old general store where they're building something called Moca Studios?
