it certainly is .........ive been given pages of instructions to log on to royal mail website and fill a application form in " why could"nt i get one over the counter at the jobby like it used to be ? the stystem assume that eveyone has access and knows how to use computers these days ...........good old pen and paper ........anyway i would love to work in nature or photography
