The little cap thing with the hole in it.

You know when you buy a metal pipe and the bowl has this cap thing that you screw on and it has a hole in it? what the fuck is that for? I was thinking so that nothing goes in the bowl when you're not using it but then why the hell is there a hole? and I was ALSO thinking that it could be so you can snuff bowls and save weed.

Does anybody know what they're REALLY for?

if you keep it on then how are you supposed to take it off when it's too hot to change the bowl?

Oh and I just thought... Couldn't you turn it upside-down for another bowl? Like say the actual bowl for your pipe doesnt have a screen and the hole is too big to just throw a nug in, couldn't you just use that cap upside down inside the actual bowl?

 

let it cool off, or you could always smoke with gloves on, that kind of makes me feel like a superhero... but i guess thats just me.

Those bowls are supposed to be for like a quick hitter ya know>? I never seen people pack those things repeatadly, except for some cheap, uneducated smokers.

As long as it's airtight and doesnt taste like shit its good with me.

 

I figured it out or atleast a good use for it, when tokin, slowly inhale at first till the bowl is completely cherried then cover the hole with you finger and inhale harder, like alot harder then let go of the hole and the smoke should shoot into your lungs...gets ya a fuck of a high.

 

i always liked them bowl tops... it also helps from people torching the bowl.. meaning lighting more bud than needs to be lit to get a cherry.... another great thing i found with it.. is if you have your bowl packed and are gonna go somewhere with the bowl... you dont have to worry about anything spilling out

 

I love those pipes. Me and my bro pack up into the cap and and theres a straight piece for a bong so we make a chillum. and then me pack the middle part.

I have a metal pipe with a cap. The cap makes the bowl last longer. If the cap gets to hot to take off with your hands, just keep plyers near by.

Though I do prefer glass bowls over metal, its fun to take apart the metal bowls and make quick piceces out of the parts. Like take the bowl, the connector part, and a toilet paper tube and you could have a steamroller made in two seconds.
